Support refuses to acknowledge my problem. About 3 weeks ago I started receiving the following message: "Your Dropbox is full! Upgrade to get more space." I have 2 terra bytes of space I paid for. I paid (have receipt of payment) for a Pro account back in April. Overall: I have been given insanely bad support. I have wasting hours and hours of time trying for them to resolve my account problem.Īs to the software component I find the process of recovering files difficult. It's hard for me to come up with anything positive to say.Ĭons: Technical support is atrocious. Pros: Until two weeks ago it was working fine.
